My child is 6 months old is becoming thin day by day what to do to fat

A. Dear mum, it is not important for baby to be fat. If your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, you can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
