my child is 5m old from the day 1 onwards his palm of both hands and sole( bottom surface of the foot) of both always wet. is it normal ?

Due to excessive sweat into the body which is common with kids but that’s usually when they are taking feeding if all the time the child palm and the feet are sweaty then you can check with your doctor it could be an early sign of some kind of an eczema
