My child is 5 yr 8mnths old he's mnthly suffering from fever, diarrhea nd vomits wht shyd I do?

A. ok. first of all correct his water source. offer clean n germ free water, n educate him for proper hand washing to avoid infection. and also avoid outside unhygienic food. ok
