my child is 4 years old but he is very weak .though he is active but too lean and thin

A. dear mum, if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child's age then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
