Q.
My child is 4 years old and weighs 11.3 kg .He had reached 12kg , but due to illness his weight decreased.I am attaching his growth chart..he has always been on the leaner side..His height is 99 cm and is super active and eats well 3 meals and 2 snacks.

Your child should be approximately 16 kg as of now so child is little underweight over here I would recommend recommend you to kindly have a full body checkup with your doctor I would also like to tell you that being lean does not necessarily means that your child is not healthy or having improper weight so it’s better to check with your doctor one time
