Q.

My child is 4 month and her weight is 4.5 kg...her birth weight is 2.4 kg is she ok...how can I improve her weight?

A. dear mum, weight of 4.5 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.4 kg. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month on an average. for healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
