ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 months agoA. dear mum , the baby shd gain about 700 - 800 gm per mth in the first 3 mths , after that 300 to 600 gm at 3 to 6 mths baby shd b double the birth wt by 5 mths or less
