my child is 4.9 what should I add in his diet for immunity, for proper nutrition as he is compaining for leg pain, and should I give moringa leave water on daily basis?

A. Namaste Mom Massages and morning exposure to sunlight would be helpful Apart from that include seasonal fruits and vegetables for building the immunity as well apart from including dry fruits nuts and seeds too home made fresh foods
