my child is 3years and 6 month old ..and not gaining weight as per criteria.. should I worry about this..and what is the reason ..and what can I give to my child for his proper growth .His weight is still 11 Kg ..please guide

Your child is quite underweight so I’m just going to advise you to consult a nutrition expert regarding the same as they can tell you what kind of diet should you be following if any other kind of natural or healthy supplements that you need to start with for your child
