my child is 3years 4months old but still he is not speaking, there is no eye contact and he will not respond to our calls also. But he is responding to some rhymes and songs only. He always plays with bottles,powders and utensils and keep it in kne order..kindly advice

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. yes baby needs appropriate neurological evaluation bfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
