As parents we only give this habit to the child to look at the screen don’t have mobile to eat the food because we think that the child is eating but it becomes a very bad habit so to break it stop giving mobile to the child and if a child is not eating let that be and tell your child that when you feel hungry come to me I will feed you because normally kids are going to feel hungry but since they want to have screen time that is why they will throw all the tantrums that they can you have to be little bit strict into that and you have to feed your child how are you want to that is how you can break this habit
