My child is 3 years old. She has delayed speech she just says mummy daddy and names few of her toys and asks for food water milk. She is not toiled trained. She communicates her needs with gestures. She gets so much angry and beats with whatever is near by. We have joined her in play school. Help us how to manage the issues
