My child is 3 year old his weight is 12 kg . The problem is he is week and not gaining weight what to do

A. Hello! Give your child three healthy home-made meals that include Roti Paratha Idli Dosa and so on for breakfast. And for lunch and dinner, it should be Dal chawal, Roti, Sabzi, Paneer, vegetable soups, Khichdi and so on. Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours.
