Ya You are absolutely right your child is not gaining proper way because your child is quite underweight as of now that’s what I’m going to say so first of all you need to consult your paediatrician to start with certain supplements and also a nutritionist who can guide you with a proper diet that you should be following in order for your child to have proper weight gain
