ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. is a baby at least trying to communicate with your not ? is a baby saying mama aur baba or not? it is better that you consultl the pediatrician to see if the baby is delaying in the milestones. you should speak at least 300 words in front of the baby everyday and keep involving the baby in an conversation and make sure that everyone talks to the baby at home and whatever you are doing keep explaining it to the baby even the the baby won't understand

Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the morning for better health and speech. If you are still concerned then consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care.
