Q.

My child is 20 months. he is 77cm tall.Is this the normal height. If not tell me some suggestion to increase height. and also he has not in good weight. but he is active.

A. hi dear Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
