My child is 2 yrs 3 months old and he eats only eggs, is it safe for him to consume 3 eggs in a day if given daily?

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..that's too much...give everything incineration.. excess of any food item can definitely cause health issues in long run...gradually decrease the quantity. give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits happy parenting
