Q.
my child is 2 years old he doesn't speak....but interact with me through actions like gold my hand and take me to kitchen for food & water....he understands everything but doesn't respond when I call his name.... sometimes respond in 1 time and sometimes ignore me...& doesn't make eye contact not social....we live in nuclear family....

as far as your child can relate the things well, can understand your commands ,no need to worry about it much
just increase your daily conversation with your child
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
provide different exposures
