Givee seasonal fruit as well as fruit juices.try to give plenty of oral liquids to baby.you can give home made fruits juices to baby which will be help to maintain nutrition.

play more with your kid like run, skip, jump hop.... definitely kid will have water.... even you have to drink with your baby
but not immediately after play

papaya,pear,grapes,orange,banana,curd,ragi,jowar,
wheat ,water,coconut water,barley and other fluids in baby diet .
These foods will increase bowel movements avoid constipation.
Do tummy massage with coconut oil gently massage for 5 minutes in clockwise direction .
