Q.
My child is 2.5 years old and he is still breastfeeding at night for sleep.. I don't know how to stop breastfeeding completely to him. is it safe to take medicine or injection to stop milk supply?

You have ro get firm with your decision and prefer to not give in to theor demands because as done once it gets into a habit and gets difficult to wean them off.
now also animal.milk could be introduced so that can be an option at bed time
