my child is 2.3 year old he is suffering from vomiting and stomach ache what should i do??

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent ur kid 2.3 yr old suffering with vomitings and avd pain, may be gastritis, u can give oral lansol Jr satchets once daily after proper examination, avoid fatty diet and spicy foods like chips ,fast foods etc..
