my child is 19 months old but he can't speak properly he only tell mummy papa when he feel to speak but he can hear properly

Communicate more and more with your child the more you communicate better your child is going to learn over the period communication is the only key to increase the speech of the child so just communicate more and get some board books and flashcards and teacher child with that
