Q.

My child is 15 months old. i find a lot of undigested food in his stools. Chunks of apple and banana, even coursely ground badam and pista powder . i am worried if his body is absorbing all the nutrients or the food is just simply pass-out as stools.

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving easily digestible homemade foods like homemade vegetable soups, khichadi, curd rice. Keep observing your baby. If the problem persists please consult your doctor for further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and balance.
