Q.

#asktheexpert I've been giving my 16month old toddler roasted chana she really like to eat them but while passing poop I could find chunks of chana does she get nutrition eating it or it's just a waste giving her dryfruits because I usually find chunks

A. The child might not be chewing it well so make sure the child chew it well and continue giving it to the baby if baby likes to eat take care and give a nutritious diet

A. I want to ask 1 more thing is sesame oil edible to add in babies food or toddler food

Actually if you see it directly into the motion of the child then the child is unable to digest it and that is why it is coming out like this and also the nutritional content that you are willing to give to your child is not been accepted by the body that way so you should look for another way so that it gets digested well
