Q.

My child is 1.5years old and that she is 9.7kgs.. She hardly eats anything..n only drinks cow milk 4times a day and one time khichdi other than that she hardly eats anything but she is active while playing and walking...wht should I do for good diet??Also she was born at eight months.. is it anything to do with being a preemie baby?

A. decrease the milk intake.. proper diet plan.. 7am a cup of milk.. 9am breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam idly dosa.. cornflakes chocos.. 11am any fruit as apple pear sapota banana papaya.. 1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda.. 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk..
