Q.
My child have like a allergy in face and body. It starts with small dot like and start spread like a wound with swelling and watery. May i know the cause and remedy for it. I have attached the photo of it too.

U Should immediately consult your paediatrician it looks like some kind of a severe allergy that your child is having so it’s better than to go ahead with a check up with a skin doctor or your paediatrician and take a Portrait we suggested by the doctor this way I will not be able to guide you with anything because it’s very difficult to understand in the first place what is happening to the child
