My child have fever and weakness which medicine give him?.can I give Crocin?his weight 29 kg

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water. give 1 tab of 500mg paracetamol
