But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss ad of appetite less urine output is there .

You can keep an ice cube on to that area where the vaccination was given is it going to help in settling down the swelling from that area and if the pain is there then you can go ahead with giving paracetamol every six hours it is going to take some time so you’ll have to have a lot of patienceWrite Your Answer Here
