My Child hasn't pooped six days . what should we do now??

See if your child is comfortable and is taking feeds properly the urine output is good and no sign of discomfort is there like I said then there is no problem with that as it is completely normal for kids and this age to not pass motion for 7 to 10 days also at a stretch
