it's absolutely fine it means your baby is digesting all your breast milk only say baby is not having any constipation like if baby tummy is feeling little bit hard then massage baby tummy in circular motion with coconut oil which will give relief from constipation and gastric problem. some babies even after 5 for 7 days which is perfectly fine
