my child has taken quadrivalent vaccine ...she is having pain on leg and having fever pls sugget

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maxifmum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccifne fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
