my child has a very awkward sleep cycle...if he wakes up at 8 in morning.....he will sleep again at 12 noon and then again at 9 pm both naps are 1 hr only and then he is awake the whole night and will sleep early morning at 5. I have tried everything to stop him from taking naps but nothing seems to change his schedule...please suggest

Okay so try doing this when the child wakes up in the morning then keep the child awake don’t make your child sleep at 12 no matter what you have to do take your child out with your child in the garden do anything that that time till 2 o’clock and then you make your child sleep even after that if your child sleep for one hour then in the night would be a time when the child will sleep for a longer stretch by 10 or so and also try to get your child exhausted completely
