My Child hair is not so good. What can I give to him to improve hair growth??

please do the following things:
offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet.
it is best to give fruits like strawberry,Amla, pomegranate etc which are full of antioxidants.
keep your child well hydrated.
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your child's hair.
wash your child's hair with mild shampoo.
maintain good hygiene.
