My child had been suffering from a diaper rash and it has turned into an infection as the skin has turned bright red...please help

A. Use Boroline over there regularly every 2 to 3 hours you should apply give your child completely diaper free time please do not make your child wear diaper for at least a week as of now because otherwise the rashes are going to increase
