my child front teeth is broken and just back of it new teeth has come where it should not come..will it break by own or should I get it removed..pls suggest me..my child is 5 yrs 3 month old

No you should get it extracted if the new teeth has come because you know the older one is going to take a lot of time to go and it is going to distort the place of the new teeth to come so just to avoid that situation it’s better that you consult your dentist and get it extracted
