My child eyes(eyelid) got red yesterday morning could not find any reason. How could i make relief? What could be the reasons?

there are many reasons like eye dryness, viral infection like cold,fatigue , foriegn body in eyes , rubbing eyes for many times etc
so please check for this.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
don't apply kajal or anything.
maintain good hygiene
