my child eats less so what should I do for increase his appetite

You cannot do anything other than increasing the physical activity to increase the appetite and this is that not possible so I would recommend you to increase the number of meals per day suppose you’re giving three meals right now instead of giving three make it five or six with small quantity of food I think that is going to work in your favour
