my child doesn't find milk interesting, please advise to make it appealing to him.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. You can add natural sweeteners like palm sugar or palm candy or jaggery or brown sugar or any homemade nuts powder to enhance the flavor of milk. You can introduce milk in other forms like chapathi, idly or dosa or rice in milk like that. You can give other alternative sources of calcium or other food items which will give the same nutrients as milk like green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouted grains, ragi, soya products etc. Instead of milk try other dairy products like curd, paneer, butter milk, ghee, butter, cheese etc
