Q.

My child coughed and vomited paracetamol within taking of 15 minutes, what should I do , should I repeat the dose or not, temperature is still there

A. Yes you should and you should know this actually for your future reference that if a child vomit any medicine within first 30 minutes of of taking it then you can repeat it because of medicine does not work so you can repeat it
