my child Ayush kamble he can't able to learn Read he can't remember study anything but otherwise in other activities he gives his best . he is 11 years old

Ma’am did you consider consulting a doctor because if this child is unable to remember anything cannot recognise things properly till the age of 11 years and they can genuinely be some underlining issue you have to consult your doctor regarding this
