Hello ma’am could b vitiligo As you mentioned that it is spreading so it would be best to consult your paediatrician ones because it is not a deficiency of calcium it is some other issue like I mentioned it could be vitiligo so please consult your paediatrician as soon as you can for a proper checkup and medication
