White spots are on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

They are most common in infants and most commonly appear on the face, although they occur in other age groups and on other parts of the body. About 40-50 percent of newborns in the U.S. have milia.
