my daughter 4yrs old ,my daughter of the cheek is small small white dot doctor. it's not a problem

A. White spots are on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
