sir ,it happens because of overfeeding, force feeding, indigestion ,fast eating habit or Infection.
so first offer food in small bites.
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
