my child always ask his back to scratch .. he finds itchy most of the time.. is their any problem? please suggest good soap and cream ?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and if he is asking for back of him to scratch always so mostly he is having hyper hidrosis and needs Daffy soap and Lakmé cold cream twice
