my child aged 4yrs skanda is having one eye red colour since one week i put ciplox drops to him not yet cured what to do

A. redness in eyes dear get it properly checked and as the doctor advice use eyes drops accordingly maintain hygiene use water to clean at regular intervals cold compress take care
