my child Abeer is of 2 years and is not speaking anything except baba what shall I do tell

A. talk to hime more.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

A. If You think that your child may be a little behind the space that you can always take an advice from a speech therapist a proper check up would be done and after that you can be more sure about the issue and if required I can suggest you with therapies and treatments as well
