my child 4 yr old vomit for no reason what should be the reason of vomiting.she take only milk and sometime little solid

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom avoid too much of milk plan her day out and set her meal time and milk time etc . At times as she is having only milk their could be digestion issues as well
