my baby taking food and vomiting what is the reason for vomit

A. Hello dear parent! Can be due to reflux. Do not lay down the baby immediately after feeding, burp after every feed. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the legs of your baby to relieve tummy discomfort. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Continue feeding your baby well on demand.
