my child 3 year 3 month old but he can't speak. .. only some word say like mummy, papa, apple, no, ajja, mamnu, baby, kakka, juice, shoe, pink, black, blue, happy birthday like this only sibgk single word...

Hello ma’am It seems like your child’s vocal chords have not developed properly so far so I would advise you to consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same and also I would advise you with a personal experience that you can consult a homeopathic doctor with the medicine your child’s vocal glance will develop properly which time your child will be able to speak properly
