Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. just steam to be added. Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .

Yup You can give it to the child as of now it’s not an issue it’s a completely safe medicine to be given to the child but it would definitely be required that you do consult your doctor for a better course of medication as also you can your child that is going to help you settwing down the congestion from the chest and throat
